1. Flower sea of “China Red”
In celebration of China’s National Day, hundreds of thousands of flowers are in full bloom in Haixinsha Asian Games Park, most in symbolic “China Red”. Cockscombs, daisies, tulips, blooming flowers in brightest colours bring more beauty and joy in the mid-autumn.

2. Sea of pink muhly grass
Imagine you are immersed in a sea of pink muhly grass, which is fluttering in the cool autumn wind – you can let go of everything for a while and return as a brand-new self.

3. Flower field of 16,000㎡
French marigolds, spider flowers, Asian sages … 16,000㎡ of colourful flowers are blooming on the lake bank at an altitude of 800m in Shimen National Forest Park of Conghua District. Come refresh yourself in the spectacular scenery and fresh air!

5. Sea of yellow cosmos
Autumn is the season of cosmos. In the 20,000㎡ flower field in Phase 1 of Haizhu Wetland, countless yellow cosmos are blooming in luxuriance. Seen in the distance, it is like a golden blanket covering the vast land, creating an “autumn” atmosphere.

6. Sea of zinnia flowers
Nourished with the clear water of Pearl River, millions of zinnia flowers in Haizhu Lake Park are blooming in a profusion like a colourful sea. Come here and roam around the world of zinnia flowers!

7. Debut of pygmy waterlilies
The first-cultivated new species of pygmy waterlilies is making its debut at the Lotus Hill Tourist Attraction. The waterlilies are in the colour gradation from purple to yellow, with their petals in purple and stamens and pistils in yellow. Floating on the lake’s smooth surface, they give out an atmosphere that helps every visitor calm down and relax.

Transport: Take Metro Line 4 to Shiqi Station and take Bus 93 of Panyu to Shilou Police Station (石楼派出所).
8. Duet of sunflowers and lavenders
In Million Sunflower Garden, you can see how the energetic sunflowers and graceful lavenders altogether weave into a spectacular picture of life and vibrancy. Sauntering in the sea of flowers, your heart will surely find serenity and healing, in the sunlight and fragrance.
Location: Million Sunflower Garden (百万葵园) in Nansha District
Transport: Take Metro Line 18 to Wanqingsha Station and, at Exit A, and then take Bus 2 or G1 of Nansha to Million Sunflower Garden.
