Five destinations in Guangdong listed as national-level cluster areas for nighttime cultural tourism

Guangdong will further promote the development of its nighttime cultural tourist economy on the basis of effective prevention and control COVID-19 pandemic, so that people's demands of a better life can be fulfilled.

Recently, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism announced the list of the first batch of national-level nighttime cultural and tourist consumption cluster areas, among them are Guangzhou's Beijing Road and Grandview Mall, Foshan's Foshan Creative Industry Park, Zhongshan's Holiday Plaza and Chaozhou's Ancient Town.

In July this year, the Ministry decided to construct the first batch of the national nighttime cultural and tourist consumption cluster areas nationwide, with a total amount of more than 200. Those areas listed feature rich cultural connotations, prominent regional characteristics, large-scale cultural and tourist consumption with high quality, serving as leading demonstrations for other nighttime consumption destinations.
