The 2nd Haizhu Digital Imaging Art Fair got underway at Guangzhou's Doc. Park, lasting for ten days till December 12.

The Fair launches more than twenty activities, selecting pieces from the Golden Kapok Screening of the Guangzhou International Documentary Film Festival (GZDOC), the International Outdoor Documentary Film Festival of China (OUTDOCS) as well as documentaries from Guangdong Radio and Television. In addition, it also plans four industry forums integrating culture, commerce and tourism, in order to explore new trends in the development of digital images.

Moreover, a thematic photography exhibition for the first Guangzhou-themed nature documentary named The Power of Wetlands is also underway during the Art Fair.

The event also creates an online exhibition, building online interactive scenes with 3D technology to showcase outstanding works and posters of GZDOC.

During the opening ceremony, the Greater Bay Area Cultural Centre Crossover Art Centre was officially established. Its first project in 2022 is to provide programs nationwide which intend to settle down in the DOC.PARK with support ranging from policy consultation, public space, targeted funding to local operation.
