About Naruto
Naruto is a Japanese anime and manga series created by Masashi Kishimoto. It tells the story of Naruto Uzumaki, a young ninja who seeks recognition from his peers and dreams of becoming the Hokage—the leader of his village. The series was serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump, a Japanese manga magazine, from 1999 to 2014, with its 700 chapters collected in 72 tankobon volumes. In 2002, the manga was adapted into two anime television series that ran on TV Tokyo.
Famous for its themes of friendship, perseverance, and believing in oneself, Naruto is one of the best-selling manga series of all time, with over 250 million copies in circulation worldwide. The English translations of the volumes have appeared on the USA Today and The New York Times' bestseller lists several times.
With epic fight scenes, emotional storytelling, and unforgettable characters like Sasuke, Sakura, Kakashi, and many more, Naruto continues to inspire generations of fans across the globe, even more than 20 years after its debut.

Anime Soundtrack That Stunned a Generation
The Naruto soundtrack, composed primarily by Toshio Masuda in the original series and Yasuharu Takanashi in Naruto Shippuden, plays a powerful role in bringing the ninja world to life. From the heartbreaking Sadness and Sorrow (哀と悲) to the adrenaline-filled Raising Fighting Spirit (沸き上がる闘志), the music perfectly captures the series' intense battles, heartfelt moments, and themes of friendship, loss, and perseverance.
Combining traditional Japanese instruments with modern rock, orchestral, and electronic sounds, the soundtrack has become iconic in anime history. Each track is more than just background music—it's a reflection of Naruto's journey from a lonely outcast to the hero of his village.
