On July 5th, tailored bus services were officially launched in Huicheng Hi-Tech Zone (Dongjiang Bay Industrial Park) in Huizhou City, South China's Guangdong Province, providing a more convenient and efficient commute for employees and nearby residents. This move further strengthens the park's public service infrastructure and supports its high-quality development.
The initiative addresses daily commuting challenges, with two dedicated routes connecting the park to downtown Huizhou (Ganghui Xintiandi and Huamao Place). Buses operate on weekdays—arriving before 8:00 AM and departing at 6:30 PM—and on holidays from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Free rides are currently offered, directly reducing transportation costs for workers.
This project reflects a practical approach to aligning public services with both residents' needs and development goals. It tackles the "last-mile" problem and enhances integration between industry, urban life, and the community.
In recent years, Huicheng Hi-Tech Zone has consistently upgraded its infrastructure and services, driven by a first-class business environment and the evolving needs of enterprises and residents. Results are already evident in the zone's growing synergy between industrial growth and livability.
