The following are the specific steps to apply for a dog license.
Guangzhou
1. Dog immunization registration
Bring your dog to an animal clinic with dog immunization qualifications in your city to register dog owner's information, dog's information, and upload profile photos.
2. Application for dog license
To supplement the dog owner's certificate information, you can choose to submit it online in the "Guangzhou Dog Services (广州养犬服务通)" WeChat mini program, or go to a pet clinic and submit the information under the guidance of staff.
3. Check the handling situation
Log in to the "Guangzhou Dog Services (广州养犬服务通)" WeChat mini program and click "My" to view the audit result. It will take 5 working days to check all registration information.
5. Approved and Payment
After your application is approved, you will need to pay for the dog management service. According to the Guangzhou Dog Management Regulations, the dog management fees will be 500 RMB per dog for the first year and 300 RMB per year from the second year onwards.
7. Receive the dog licence

2. Allow to open the "粤信签" WeChat mini program and log in——Click "return to Shenzhen dog service" after successful login——Select your location and click "Next"
3. Enter your detailed address, ID number or passport number, telephone number and other information.
4. Enter the dog information, including name, breed, color, date of birth, gender, sterilization or not.
5. Upload the certificate of consent to keep the dog issued by local community.
6. Submit all information
