Guangzhou unveiled China's first integrated smart logistics platform for cross-border e-commerce on July 8, addressing chronic industry pain points such as fragmented warehouse sourcing and a lack of traceable, efficient payments.
The platform offers one-stop solutions, including integrated global warehouse sourcing and booking, transparent cross-border settlements with real-time tracking, streamlined online customs declarations, and consolidated online consultations provided by various entities in the cross-border e-commerce industry chain.

GreenSilk Biotechnology in Guangzhou, among the first adopters of the platform, utilized the service to manage wig exports from domestic warehousing to U.S. delivery – including customs clearance, air freight, and tax rebates – with full process visibility. "The efficient logistics services and financial transparency boost our global expansion," stated their representative.
The launch follows Guangzhou's robust cross-border e-commerce growth, which exceeded ¥100 billion ($13.7B) in H1 2025, with double-digit increases. All transaction data – including orders, shipments, customs, and payments – is now digitized on-chain via the new platform.
