Tomorrow (April 26th) Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport Terminal 2 and the Airport North (Terminal 2) metro station will open for use.
Four airlines move to T2 tomorrow
According to the airport, Xiamen Airlines (affiliated to China Southern Airlines), Kenya Airways, Garuda Indonesia and Saudia will be the first airlines moving into T2. The Airport authority reminds all passengers to arrive at the airport as early as possible for check-in in case they make a mistake.
Passengers who are going to take flights GA896/897 and GA 898/899 from Garuda Indonesia, SV 884/885 from Saudia, KQ 886/887 from Kenya Airways and MF8301/2、MF8305/6、MF8313/4、MF8323/4、MF8325/6、MF8329/30、MF8347/8、MF8373/4、MF8381/2、MF8385/6、MF8391/2 from Xiamen Airlines should go to T2 for check-in and boarding.
However, the flight GA896 from Garuda Indonesia is still scheduled to arrive at T1 at 00:25 AM of April 26th, and flight GA897 which is also from Garuda Indonesia is scheduled to take off from T1 at 2:20 AM. Passengers should go to T1 for both arrivals and departures.
Since China Southern Airlines has postponed its moving date, the company reminds passengers to double-check whether their flight is scheduled to depart from T1 or T2. However, some of China Southern’s flights may share flight codes and be operated by Xiamen Airlines, and passengers should go to T2 for their check-in and boarding procedures.
Free metro and shuttle bus connecting T1 and T2
From 6 am tomorrow, passengers can make use of the free metro shuttle between the two terminals. To avoid confusion, the metro station Airport South has been renamed Airport South (Terminal 1).
Airport North station has two exits, and passengers can go to the GTC (Ground Traffic Center) via Exit A and enter T2 via Exit B. The metro from Airport North to Tiyuxi Lu Run from 6 in the morning and end at 11:15 at night.
Additionally, passengers can take free shuttle buses. Buses will be run every 5-15 minutes between terminals and the service will be provided 24 hours a day.

好消息！广州白云机场2号航站楼26日启用
往返两座航站楼 可搭乘免费地铁
南方网讯 （全媒体记者/刘倩 余秋亮 通讯员/叶子川 周文晖 机场宣）白云机场2号航站楼26日正式启用，南航旗下的厦门航空以及沙特航空、肯尼亚航空、印尼鹰航空等3家外航首批进驻，26日后南航系航空公司将分批进驻T2。随着2号航站楼启用，白云机场正式迈入“双子楼”运营时代。
将开通免费接驳车
首批进驻T2的4家航空公司具体航班分别为：印尼鹰航空每天四班GA896/897、GA898/899，沙特航空每天两班SV884/885，肯尼亚航空每天两班KQ886/887，厦门航空每天20至22班MF8301/2、MF8305/6、MF8313/4、MF8323/4、MF8325/6、MF8329/30、MF8347/8、MF8373/4、MF8381/2、MF8385/6、MF8391/2。要留意的是，印尼鹰航空26日凌晨00：25计划进港的GA896航班以及02：20计划出港的GA897航班仍留在T1运营。
白云机场特别提醒，凡购买上述航空公司4月26日及以后时间机票的旅客，请预留足够的时间前往2号航站楼办理乘机手续。万一走错航站楼也不怕，白云机场在T1航站楼和T2航站楼之间设有地铁和免费穿梭大巴。两楼的穿梭时间为5—15分钟一班，24小时运营。广州地铁三号线北沿线机场南站（T1）与机场北站(T2)之间也可实现免费搭乘。
地铁末班车为23:15
笔者从广州地铁集团获悉，为配合2号航站楼开通，地铁三号线机场北站将于26日6时起同步开通试运营。
据广州地铁方面介绍，三号线机场北站设有A、B两个出入口，A口通往机场交通中心、B口通往2号航站楼。在服务时间方面，机场北站开往体育西路站方向首班车时间为6:00，末班车时间为23:15。
值得注意的是，由于三号线的机场南站和机场北站分别对应白云国际机场的1号和2号航站楼，乘坐地铁到机场的旅客，务必留意购买机票时航空公司发送的手机短信或电子客票行程单，选择不同的地铁站下车前往相应的航站楼办理登机手续。
为了给搭乘地铁前往机场的乘客提供清晰、明确的指引，广州地铁将采取以下措施加强指引服务：在乘客界面中涉及机场南、机场北的站名增加“1号航站楼（Terminal 1）”和“2号航站楼（Terminal 2）”的信息标注。
南航APP部分航班航站楼信息有误须核实
白云机场T2航站楼26日启用，南航系航企厦航将在首日进驻，因此，南航手机APP、官网、电话等渠道购买的机票，有可能是和厦门航空代码共享航班，由厦航承运。旅客虽然是在南航买的票，显示的是南航的航班号，但需要在T2办理登机手续，在T2上飞机了。
目前，南航和厦航在白云机场执飞的国内相同目的地，且有代码共享的共有5个,分别是福州、杭州、泉州、天津、厦门。这些由厦航承运的南航代码航班，在T2航站楼C、D、E、F、G、J值机岛办理登机手续，请大家出行前务必确认好实际执飞的航空公司。
南航除了和厦航代码共享的航班外，其他航班信息如果显示在T2航站楼乘机的话，均不靠谱。笔者在南航官方APP上发现，南航推迟进驻T2航站楼，但其官方购票渠道的多条航线已经显示在T2办理登机手续，笔者拨打南航客服电话询问，对方表示，目前具体迁入时间还没定，所以APP、网站等显示的信息不准确。因此，提醒购买了4月26日及以后时间机票的旅客，在南航正式进入T2前，最好在乘机前一天查询具体办理登机手续的航站楼。
