Passengers not allowed to fly if any of the following apply...

According to a spokesman for the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC), new regulations will be implemented from May 1st. Passengers who demonstrate any of the following behavior in airports or on the plane itself, will be forbidden from taking a flight in China for a year.

The regulations cover the following behaviour:

1.Passengers who fabricate or spread fake news about safety of civil aviation.

2.Passengers attempting to use others’ ID or boarding passes.

3.Passengers who deliberately obstruct or cause a hold up at counters, security check channels and boarding gates.

4.Passengers who attempt to bring forbidden items onto the aircraft or put them in luggage.

5.Passengers attempting to enter restricted areas such as the cockpit, runway and landing field.

6.Passengers who deliberately interrupt or interfere with the work of cabin crew, security check staff and airport staff in general.

7.Passengers who fight in the aircraft or cause damage to equipment on board.

8.Passengers who smoke anywhere on the aircraft.

9.Passengers who steal or attempt to steal others’ items in flight.
