Zhuhai Gree Real Estate have launched a plan to help outstanding talents in the city to purchase a house, on April 16. Preferential purchasing plans were introduced for 10 kinds of talents. Up to 500,000 yuan (about US$72,620) of the house price could be deducted, Nanfang Daily reports.
Zhuhai is sparing no efforts to implement the innovation-driven strategy which requires a large amount of outstanding talent to work in the city. The plan aims to attract these people to settle down in Zhuhai, thus to promote the sustainable development of the city, said an insider from Gree Real Estate.
In order to attract more talents to Zhuhai, starting from March this year, ten kinds of talents will get local household registration in the city after meeting certain requirements; removing obstacles which restrict the free flow of talents.
Private capital is needed to improve the city's infrastructure including housing, education, and medical treatment in order to better lure talents. The plan of the Gree Real Estate provides a new method for the city to attract talents.
