Lǜdòu Tang 绿豆汤
Also referred to as mung bean soup in English, it is a chilled soup that serves one purpose, and that's to chill your mouth and stomach. Need to cool off? Liangban tofu does the trick. It's essentially tofu combined with soy paste and oyster sauce. It's creamy, soft, delicious, and light.
