A photo exhibition titled “The turning point and the ReTurn -Visions of DiverCITIES” kicked off at the Redtory Art and Design Factory in Guangzhou on May 25, highlighting photography works by exchange students from China and Belgium. It will run until June 30, 2018.
The exhibition is co-organized by the Consulate General of Belgium in Guangzhou, Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts (GAFA) and the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp.
It is reported that the exhibition aims at dissecting how perceptions can change and how a different side of reality, often hidden to a familiar eye, can be revealed by the observation of someone from a different cultural background.
