Shenzhen's first ecological football-theme sports park opened in Futian District, Shenzhen city on September 11.

This sports theme park was built on the roof of a sewage purification plant，making full use of the city's idle resources. This practice was used for the first time in China.

The sports park covers an area of 76,000 square meters. It is designed for not only football fields, but also for spreading football culture. There are 2 11-a-side football pitches, 4 8-a-side football pitches, and 2 5-a-side football pitches in the park, equipped with leisure squares, football culture halls, and public facilities.

The sports park is located at the southeast of the intersection of Baishi Road and Hongshulin Road, and the north of Haibin Avenue. The football fields are now open for the public, and residents can make the reservation through one-step reservation platform on the internet.
