From TODAY (August 4), all inbound flights to Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport from cities with medium and high-risk areas will land in Terminal 1. Passengers taking these flights must leave the terminal through Gate B11 in Area B of Terminal 1 after showing their health code, and getting temperature checked.
Currently, the following cities are affected by this measure: Nanjing, Changzhou, Wuhu, Yangzhou, Mangshi, Chengdu, Zhangjiajie, Xiamen, Zhengzhou, Shenyang, Dalian, Jingzhou, Changsha, Luzhou, Mianyang, Yibin, and Wuhan.
Passengers taking China Southern Airlines and its agent flights from key areas will also arrive at Area B of Terminal 1.
Passengers from the cities mentioned above are advised to leave the airport by taxi or private cars, avoiding public transportation such as subways, coaches, and buses. Private car owners can park at Parking lot P5 to pick up passengers, while passengers can also take a taxi at Gate B5 to the destination.
Outbound flights will not be affected, and the actual process will remain unchanged.
