Rainstorms and lighting are going to be more frequent for the province of Guangdong in August. According to the Provincial Meteorological Observatory of Guangdong Province, heavy rain and gale will visit most of the regions in the region from August 3 to August 4.

On August 4, heavy rain will fall in east Guangdong, southern parts of the Pearl River Delta and coastal areas of west Guangdong. Shaoguan, Qingyuan and Zhaoqing will have thundershowers around noon.
