According to Guangdong CDC, these people coming/returning to Guangdong who were engaged in the following activities should immediately report to their local community (village) and undergo 14-day quarantine in designated venues.
The following travelers coming/returning to Guangdong should undergo quarantine and take nucleic acid tests:
I. People from high-risk areas: 14-day quarantine in designated venues.
II. People from medium-risk areas with local transmission: 14-day home quarantine.
III. People from the counties (districts) where there are high-risk areas: 7-day home quarantine + 7-day health-monitoring; take nucleic acid test on the 1st, 3rd, 7th, and 14th day after entering Guangdong.
IV. People from the cities where there are high-risk areas: take two tests in three days with a 24-hour interval + 14-day health-monitoring at home.
V. People from the cities where there are medium-risk areas with local transmission: one nucleic acid test + 14-day health-monitoring.
As of 11:00 am August 3, there are 4 high-risk areas in Jiangsu, Yunnan, Henan, and 121 medium-risk areas in Liaoning, Jiangsu, Fujian, Hubei, Hunan, Sichuan, Yunnan, Henan, Hainan, Shanghai, and Shandong.
