The exhibition also highlights a series of works that reflect the theme of an endeavor to build a moderately prosperous society in all aspects in 2020. For example, "Lao Ying Zhuo Xiao Ji" (The Eagle Catches the Chicks) depicts a group of happy "chubby girls" playing childhood games, and "Dongxiang Female Embroiders" shows the daily life of Dongxiang embroidery inheritors.
Xu Hongfei's Fu Niu Fen Fa (Ox's hardworking), created specifically for the Chinese New Year of the Ox in 2021, is also featured in the exhibition. The work portrays the moment of a calm and relaxed ox gazing into the distance, expressing the people's longing for the traditional Chinese New Year and their desire for a better life.
