Of all Cantonese customs for CNY, "visiting the flower fair" is the most fascinating one. As an old saying goes, "Visit a flower fair to start Chinese New Year." It is as if only after visiting the flower market, the Chinese New Year can really begin.

Since the traditional flower fairs have been suspended, where can you buy flowers for home before the New Year in Guangzhou? Guangzhou Post provides an essential gateway by launching flower markets at various postal outlets both online and offline.

In terms of online services, residents can follow Guangzhou Post (广州邮政) on WeChat, and enter its micro-store section (微商城) to buy flowers at the online flower market (线上花市). When ordering, you can choose to pick up by yourselves at the postal outlet near your home, or arrange express delivery.

As for offline services, Guangzhou Post has set up "community flower markets" at all postal outlets across the city from now on till February 11. So far, its online flower markets offer 13 types of New Year flowers, and the 135 self-pickup points in the city have been put into use officially.

Meanwhile, Guangzhou Post has also marked the addresses of the self-pickup points and the offline flower markets on Amap (高德地图). Residents can search "邮政花市" (Guangzhou Post Flower Market) through Amap to check the nearest venues.
