On January 12th, the Civil Aviation Administration of China announced the suspension of two flights, one from Air China and one from Pakistan International Airlines respectively.

Five passengers tested positive for COVID-19 on flight CA868, arriving in China on December 31st.

Ten passengers tested positive for COVID-19 on flight PK854, arriving in China on January 2th.

Quota for the two flights shall not be used for other routes. These two flights can continue to operate until Jan. 18.

If a flight triggers the circuit breaker mechanism during this period, future suspension times will accumulate.
