This is the third consecutive year for Southern Metropolis Daily to launch think tank products. Compared with the past two years, the media outlet covered a wider range of topics and projects and released more think tank products this year. As a major move of its transformation into smart media, the "Press Week of Southern Metropolis Daily Think Tank" has become an important event for the newspaper to build communication platforms for media, government, industries and the public.

On December 26th, Southern Metropolis Daily held a forum in Guangzhou to conclude "Press Week", focusing on the integration of traditional media with new media, the new development and integration of smart media, the digital economy and smart cities. Experts, scholars and media practitioners attended the forum to share their insights and experiences in "News + Government and Business Affairs as well as Services".
