Guangzhou CTF Finance Center, Guangzhou International Finance Center, Pearl River Tower...Do you know how many skyscrapers are there in Guangzhou’s Tianhe Central Business District (CBD)?

According to the latest figures, there are over 120 high end office buildings in Tianhe CBD. Among them, 71 buildings are home to enterprises registered in Tianhe with a total tax revenue of more than 100 million RMB each year, 17 of which over 1 billion RMB each year.

On November 25th, Tianhe CBD singled out 40 sustainable skyscrapers which excelled at sustainable development management, aiming to drive all office buildings to maintain their advantages for development and promote their social value. An award ceremony was held at the 41st floor of the Guangzhou CTF Finance Center on that day.

Since 2015, Tianhe CBD Administrative Committee has been working with Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency to compile and update the “Guangzhou Tianhe Central Business District Sustainable Building Index” which was officially released in September 2017. The Index is applied to assessing, examining and guiding the sustainable development management of skyscrapers in the district. As of November 2020, a total of 86 buildings have participated in the assessments, 22 of which have joined twice.

During the award ceremony, the book “Digital Skyscrapers of Tianhe CBD” was launched, showcasing 86 skyscrapers in Tianhe CBD in details with QR codes and contact info for readers to get more information. The book is available at the Tianhe CBD Administrative Committee.

In addition, Tianhe CBD Administrative Committee awarded letters of appointment to 20 reputable professional service organizations in the fields of real estate, law advice, human resources and others. These organizations are hired as consultants to promote Tianhe’s investment and introduce more quality projects to settle in the district.

Located on the 9th floor of the Guangzhou International Finance Center, Tianhe CBD Administrative Committee is committed to serving enterprises that intend to settle down and have settled down in Tianhe.
