"Daka China" Global Communication Event was officially declared open on the morning of November 20th in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province. More than 40 global social media influencers and leading communication experts from 20 countries are invited to attend the launching ceremony.

“Daka” means travelling to famous scenic spots or eating some delicious food and later sharing them online. This year’s event focuses on the beauty of ecology, culture, and harmony, aiming to invite more people around the world to come to experience authentic Chinese culture and to share travel experiences with their friends through the lens of cameras.

During the opening ceremony, Attendees including online celebrity Jerry Kowal have also expressed their love of China as their second homeland. For instance, a Russian influencer Dmitrii Doronin, who has become popular online by sharing his daily life in the countryside of Zhejiang on the Internet, expressed his hope of passing down his rural life and memory in China. Musab Al Rudaisat from Jordan expressed his love for the history, culture and food of Zhejiang.

After the launching ceremony, those social media influencers will start their journies to many renowned scenic spots in China with their cameras. They will show their experiences in China to the world while recording beautiful scenery, tasting delicious foods and experiencing local culture.
