The 14th Guangdong Art Festival will be held in Guangzhou, Zhuhai, Foshan, and Huizhou between November 20th and December 6th, highlighting a modern dance festival, an art exhibition, and 45 performing art shows.

You will be able to enjoy 41 large plays and 41 small stage productions, covering a total of 14 art forms, including local traditional operas, drama, musicals, dance drama, ballet, and puppet shows.

The 17th Guangdong Dance Festival is already underway in Guangzhou between November 15th and 21st, showcasing 40 modern dance works presented by about 200 dancers and choreographers from 23 cities and regions across the country.

The Outstanding Fine Art Exhibition of the 14th Guangdong Arts Festival will be held at the Guangdong Museum of Art between November 20th and December 13th, 2020. Don’t miss out on the 196 outstanding artworks solicited from the whole province, including Chinese paintings, oil paintings, wood block paintings, sculptures, water colors, calligraphy works, seal carving works and more.

Established in 1984, the quadrennial Guangdong Art Festival is a professional art festival of the highest level and has the longest history among its kind in China. The Festival is the epitome of Guangdong’s exploration and creation in the arts over the past 40 years, and a cradle of fostering talent as well as creating stage and art works in the province.
