Flights from Air France, Indonesia Sriwijaya Air, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Pakistan International Airlines, Ethiopian Airlines, Air China, China Southern Airlines, and Xiamen Airlines will be suspended as passengers on these flights have tested positive for COVID-19, according to the latest announcement on the official website of the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC).

Based on the earlier "reward and circuit breaker mechanism", airlines must suspend flights on a route for one week if five passengers test positive for coronavirus. If the number exceeds 10, the airline must suspend the flights for four weeks.
The suspended flights are as follows:
Quota for the above-mentioned flights shall not be used for other routes. In addition, the flights from Air France, Indonesia Sriwijaya Air, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Pakistan International Airlines, Ethiopian Airlines, Air China, China Southern Airlines and Xiamen Airlines can continue to operate up to Nov. 23 . If a flight triggers the circuit breaker mechanism during this period, the suspension times will accumulate.
