The 10th Guangzhou International Light Festival will officially kick off on the evening November 18th and will last until November 29th.

This year has one main venue at the new central axis and three other venues at the old central axis, Zhujiang Party Pier Beer Culture and Art Zone and alongside the Pearl Riverbank. You can visit all the venues without charge during the festival except the one exhibited at Haixinsha, which needs you to make an advance reservation.

Booking Tips:

Out of the concern of epidemic control and prevention, visitors are required to submit their Suikang code through the booking system. Reservations can be made in the following two approaches.

1.Subscribe to Wechat account ‘gzlights’, and the click the button ‘Quick Reservation’ on the right. Then choose the date and time that you want to attend the Haixinsha venue, and fill in your personal information before submitting the form.

2.Search the mini-program ‘Sui kang’, and click the banner of ‘The 10th Guangzhou International Light Festival’. The following is the same as the above-mentioned steps.

Here is the timetable of the light show in the main venue and 3 branch venues:

Main venue:

Huacheng Square and Haixinsha Asian Games Park- 6:30 pm - 10 pm

Three sub-venues:

Beijing Road- 7 pm - 9:30 pm; Haizhu Square- 7 pm - 10 pm

Zhujiang Party Pier Beer Culture and Art Zone: 7:30 pm, 8:30 pm, 9:30 pm

Haizhu Bridge, Haiyin Bridge, Liede Bridge, and Media Harbor: 6:30 pm - 10 pm; 24 buildings on the north bank of the Pearl River: 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Notes:

1.The reservation period started at 9 am on November 15th. The reservation system will open on 12 noon each day for the next day’s event, which means if you want to make a visit on the evening of November 19th, you need to make your reservation after 12 noon on November 18th.

2.Every valid ID card can only make one reservation at a time. You can cancel at any time after submitting your information.

3.You need to have your body temperature checked before entering to the venues.

4.Children with a height under 1.2 meters need no reservation. Children can come with their parents by showing their ‘Sui Kang Code’ on site.

5.Starting from 5:30 pm, Haixinsha APM Line will make no stops to the terminal, and the train to Haixinsha West Wharf will not receive passengers during the festival.

Ticket checking: No.3 Bridge, Haixinsha Asian Games Park, Linjiang Avenue, Tianhe District (across the office building of Guangzhou Rural Commercial Bank)

Exit: No.1 Bridge, Haixinsha Asian Games Park
