Two new rising stars at a glance
Imperial Treasure Fine Chinese Cuisine
The restaurant received one star in 2019 and since then has propelled itself to a new echelon. Affiliated with a Singapore catering group, Imperial Treasure Fine Chinese Cuisine attaches great importance to the selection of ingredients. Drawing inspiration from the regional classics of Guangdong province, Lingnan House serves fine-dining Cantonese cuisine executed with carefully sourced, organic and sustainable ingredients in an interactive environment. The restaurant has an open kitchen, and diners can watch the cooking process such as how a goose is roasted.
