According to the latest announcement by the Guangzhou Education Bureau, the second batch of secondary school students in Guangzhou are scheduled to return to school on May 11th, after an extended winter vacation and two months of home study due to the pandemic.
Now many secondary schools in Guangzhou, capital of South China’s Guangdong province, are making preparations for safely welcoming their students and teachers back to school.
One such school is the American International School of Guangzhou (AISG), which featured on American television, in an NBC news program ‘Right now’ as an example of how Chinese schools are ensuring students and staff return to school safely.
