Kurtulus Aykan, Consul-General of Turkey in Guangzhou has published an open letter on February 11th. According to the letter, the Consulate-General of Turkey in Guangzhou will help Guangdong to fight against the coronavirus.

He believes that China will contain the outbreak and the economy will soon rise up to repair the negative effects brought by this outbreak.
