In an effort to help enterprises better resume production and make sure that the prevention and control work will not be affected, Huangpu District / Guangzhou Development District took the lead in offering subsidies and rewards for the companies within the district on February 5th.

Here are some policy highlights:

1. Set up a docking platform for the supply and demand of emergency supplies to guarantee that enterprises can get masks, thermodetectors and disinfectant for epidemic prevention.

2. Reward of 200,000 RMB available to enterprises engaged in the production and supply of emergency supplies for epidemic prevention.

3. Reward of up to 5,000,000 RMB available to enterprises which achieve double-digit growth in the first quarter.

4. Reward of up to 10 million RMB available to enterprises that develop an effective vaccine or drug for the novel coronavirus.

5. Rent subsidies of two months available to enterprises that have rented state-owned houses in the district.
