From January 11th to 12th, a new wave of cold air sweep in and bring light to moderate rain to most parts of Guangdong, along with a bigger temperature drop of 5-7 ℃ in the north and central parts, and 3-5 ℃ down in the south as well.

Ingredients:
100g yam; 100g mutton; 3-4 pieces of ginger ; 1 scallion ; pepper; cooking wine; salt.
Cooking steps:
1.Peel yam, clean, cut into pieces and place in water to soak until adding to the soup.
2.Cut mutton into chunks and let them also soak in cold water for about half an hour.
3. Clean the scallion and ginger, and dice them.
4. Add 1,300ml water and mutton into the pot, and boil the water. Remove the froth with a spoon, add the scallion, ginger, pepper, cooking wine, and stew the mutton for 1 hour.
5. Finally add the yam, stew for another half an hour, and add salt to taste as the final step.
