In order to provide better protection for people living in Shenzhen and ensure social order, Shenzhen Public Security Bureaus started summer training called “Shenzhen Sword” beginning August 6th.

A total of 12,000 policemen gathered at Haibin Square, Bao’an district, Shenzhen, to participate in the opening ceremony of “Shenzhen Sword”.

Advanced police equipment was on display during the ceremony, including 50 armored riot control vehicles, 200 police vans, 1200 police motorcycles and five helicopters.
During the summer training, the Shenzhen Public Security Bureau conducted drills in anti-terrorism and joint patrols of air and marine anti-riots.
