Police across Guangdong Province on July 30, pledged to enhance their ability to provide better protection for people living in Guangdong and ensured social order. Over 3,700 policemen attended a ceremony unveiling the new security policies.

Zhao Jintao, a police officer from Shenzhen, said that Guangdong police will strengthen their ability in tackling crimes and acting as a deterrent to criminals.

“I am proud of being a member of the Guangdong police,” said Sun Xiaoxiao, a police officer from the Guangzhou SWAT team. “Getting the same training with men helps improve my capacity and determination to complete every task,” said Sun who also pledged to spare no effort to participate in the fight against crimes and contribute to a safer society for the people.
