On June 28th, Nansha, the rapidly developed district of Guangzhou, officially launched the national first one-stop service window for expats who are living or working in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
The window enables oversea professionals to seek both consultation and administration services in the administration center of Nansha Government. It integrates resources from different government departments and provides a total of 93 different service items covering 20 aspects that include employment, residency, education, research funding, business registration, finance, high-tech enterprise recognition, intellectual property protection, healthcare and customs-related services.
The establishment of this service window is expected to bring more convenience to oversea job-seekers and improve Nansha’s international administration services. It’s in line with the district’s goal to build an international business environment and to attract more talent worldwide and inject fresh blood into Nansha with the chance brought by the ongoing development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
In the future, Nansha will leverage its geographical advantage of neighboring Hong Kong and Macao and keep improving its public services to attract returnees and expats from all over the world.
