The Futian District Government and University of Hong Kong (HKU) signed a cooperation agreement recently to build a branch campus of School of Economics and Management (SEM) in Futian District, Shenzhen Special Zone Daily reported yesterday.
With a space of over 10,000 square meters, the branch campus offers a new place for HKU students, alumni and partners to engage in educational interaction, research discussions and entrepreneurial exchanges.
The agreement between HKU and the district government utilizes the university’s strengths in cultivating talents, research innovation and international influence, aming to set an example for Shenzhen-Hong Kong cooperation and exchanges.
HKU established its SEM in 2001, which unifies the School of Business and School of Economics and Finance.
