Zala Kravos and Benjamin Kruithof in Concert

Place: Guangzhou Opera House


Zala Kravos and Benjamin Kruithof are both young classical musicians In Luxembourg. They made their name at a young age, winning first prizes in various competitions. The duet toured Europe in 2017 and won praise from both inside and outside the industry. This time in Guangzhou, they are going to play classical tracks of Beethoven, Tchaikovsky, Brahms, etc.

Peppa Pig Live!

Date: Aug. 2 - 3

Time: 10:30 a.m.& 3:30 p.m.& 7:30 p.m.

Place: Guangdong Arts Theater


Peppa pig, beloved around the world, comes to party with cute Guangzhou fans! Play in the mud, explore amusement parks, ride hot air balloons, perform magic tricks, enjoy special party meals and games... Peppa pig and her friends and family are going to give us a surprise party.

Dance Drama: Awakening Lion

Created by Guangzhou Song and Dance Theater, dance drama Awakening Lion reflects the indomitable spirit of Guangdong's youth. The dance, integrating both traditional and modern arts, combines the lion dance and other representative symbols of Lingnan culture.

Yuki Futami Piano Recital

Date: July 31

Time: 8 p.m.

Place: Shenzhen Concert Hall


Yuki Futami is an award-winning jazz pianist from Japan. He was born in Saitama prefecture in 1987 and started playing music at the early age of three when his parents bought him his first keyboard: a 44-key Casio. After graduating from high school, Yuki decided to pursue a career as a professional jazz pianist. Theme songs from movies like "Kikujiro," "Howl's Moving Castle," "Spirited Away," "Castle in the Sky" and "Totoro" will be played in the concert.


Attraction Shadow Theatre: Let Love Win

Date: Aug. 2-4

Time: 8 p.m.

Place: Shenzhen Poly Theatre


Attraction is a Hungarian shadow theatre group. They were crowned champions of the seventh series of "Britain's Got Talent" in 2013. Using silhouette visual art, light and technology, Attraction combines the art of shadow show, blacklight and video mapping into a compelling onstage performance. Audiences are sure to enjoy the multi-sensory experience.


Beethoven Piano Sonatas: Tan Xiaotang Piano Recital

Date: Aug. 3

Time: 8 p.m.

Place: Shenzhen Concert Hall


Pianist Tan Xiaotang is an associate professor at the Piano Department and the master's tutor of the Central Conservatory of Music. Over the years, he has been active in the international and domestic music stage, performing in various regions and cities around the world. In this performance, he will play Beethoven piano sonatas, including "Pathétique," "Tempest," "Moonlight" and "Appassionata."
