Excellent ecological environment

With over 70 percent of its land covered by forest, Luhe has the largest mangroves forest nature reserve in China. Visitors can see a great variety of rare animals and plants that are under state protection in the forest, such as giant salamanders and Anguilla marmorata (giant mottled eels). The concentration of negative ions in Luhe county is extremely high, over 9,800 per cubic centimeter, providing clean and natural air.

Baishui waterfall

Luhe's mountain stream region is home to this beautiful waterfall. Foamy water falls from a height of over 200 meters and drops into a pool, creating a fresh mist. Visitors may feel like stepping into a painting when they see the clear pool surrounded by lush greenery.

Plum blossoms

Although there's no shortage of plum trees in the city, it's when they bloom together that their beauty truly stands out. Luhe is known as the "Home of Green Plums in China," with its plum forest covering an area of more than 200,000 mu (33,000 acres).
