The 24th Chinese International Education Exhibition Tour (CIEET 2019) held a press conference at Guangdong’s University of Foreign Studies (GDUFS), Guangzhou on Monday. Organized by the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange (CSCSE), the CIEET will visit Beijing, Wuhan, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen from 23rd March to 31st March 2019.
"The International College at GDUFS is among the first batch of overseas study bases jointly established by CSCSE. During a decade, the college has cultivated more than 8000 high-quality students with intercultural communication skills to study abroad." said Liang Xuehong, Dean of the International College of GDUFS.
Liang has also invited students and their parents to join the International College of GDUFS open day on 6th July.
Representatives from the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange, Department of Education of Guangdong Province and Consulate General of Britain in Guangzhou attended the conference.
CIEET, which is approved by the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China, is held annually in China’s major cities. It’s committed to providing students with timely, comprehensive and professional information on study abroad and providing all round, multi-level promotion service for exhibitors as well as establishing a platform for promoting exchange and cooperation between Chinese and foreign institutions of higher education. Since first getting underway in 1999, over 2400 universities and institutions from 56 countries have participated in the exhibition and showcased their establishments to over 1.45 million visitors. CIEET has been acknowledged as one of the most influential international education events through years of intensive ‘brand-feeding’.
