It's followed by Tencent and the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, which are valued at $138.16 billion and $40.73 billion, respectively, according to Kantar and WPP's 2019 BrandZ Top 100 Most Valuable Chinese Brands.

The report said the total value of all 100 companies rose 30 percent to $889.7 billion this year, the highest annual increase since the rankings launched in 2011.
