ALL nightclubs, discos, video game parlors and karaoke venues have been ordered to close no later than 2 a.m. starting today, local culture and public security authorities cited a national law on recreational venues taking effect today as saying.
Teenagers below 18 will be refused entry to the venues outside the special economic zone.
People are welcome to call 12318 and 110 to report illegal venues.
