The Macao International Airport logged 425,833 passengers in February, a year-on-year rise of 18 percent, a press release issued by the airport said Monday.
It said, however, the airport's cargo movement dropped 17 percent year-on-year in the month, standing at 11,003 metric tons.
Some 32 tons of mail was handled in the month, down 23 percent over the last February, it added.
The airport logged 20,562 passengers on Feb. 23, the highest since its opening in 1995, according to the release.
