Baiyun Mountain is located six kilometres from Guangzhou in the northern suburbs of the city. Its highest peak is Moxing Peak, 380 metres above sea level, and it can be reached by cable car. The mountain boasts verdant forests and picturesque views, such as the newly built Bird Paradise--the largest in China. In the park on top of the mountain one can visit Baiyun Wanwang Pavilion.
