At 1PM May 5, 12 new SARS cases were reported in Guangdong province, all from Guangzhou.
6 patients have recovered and 1 died.
50 suspected SARS cases were reported.
The total SARS cases in Guangdong reached 1465 by May 5th, of whom 1251 have recovered, 55 have died and 389 are suspected cases.
