WTO commitments or existing regulations on examination and approval |
Foreign exhibition companies are prohibited from establishing wholly-owned companies or applying for approval document for exhibition. They are only allowed to establish joint venture companies with Chinese enterprises or hold exhibitions jointly with Chinese exhibition companies or institutions. |

Commitments under CEPA |
Hong Kong service suppliers are allowed to provide, in the form of wholly-owned operations, convention services and exhibition services in the Mainland (excluding exhibitions outside the Mainland). |

Examination and Approval procedure |
When the conditions for Hong Kong service suppliers in CEPA are satisfied, Shenzhen Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau may conduct examination and approval according to law. |

None, except necessary documents and materials. |
