Sources with Malaysia's Youth and Sports Ministry reveals Kuala Lumpar have quitted bidding to host the 2010 Asian Games, which makes Guangzhou the only bid city for the Games.
This is the second time for Kuala Lumpar to bid for the Asian Games but the motion was boycotted at the first meeting of the new cabinet, in the excuse of the possible high hosting expenditure.
Jordan's Amman, Korea's Daegu, Malaysia's Kuala Lumpur and China's Guangzhou used to be rivals for the host city of 2010 Asian Games, but the other three cities' quit left Guangzhou the only bid city for the Games.
Olympic Council of Asia will announce the result for the host city of the Games on July 1st.
