Guangzhou Government singed a cooperative memorandum with Microsoft China at the White Swan Hotel yesterday (July 11).
The memorandum symbols a new start to build up an overall cooperative relationship and to jointly push forward Guangzhou's software industrial development.
According to the memorandum, Microsoft will provide the support of technology, personnel and capital for Guangzhou. Microsoft will set up training organizations with 10 local universities within five years.
Microsoft will also choose certain local software companies to invest in. It will also take part in the development of the Guangzhou Software Zone.
