Song Aimin and Ma Xuejun made a 1-2 finish for China in the women's discus throw final of the Asian Games here on Monday.
The 28-year-old Song, who had secured her victory with a fifth toss of 63.24, again stepped to the line and further enlarged her lead against compatriot Ma by 1.09 meters after throwing 63.52 meters on her sixth attempt.
It also saw her personal best improved by 1.06 meters from 62.30m.
Ma, 21, whose personal best is a better mark of 65 meters, threw 62.43 to settle for the silver medal, beating India's Krishna Punia to the third by 0.90 meters in the final of just five athletes.
