International flight arrival Passengers will be at the depot terminal by the boarding bridge or by taking ferry bus after deplaning.
Inspection and Quarantine Passengers arriving in Guangzhou by international flights shall firstly undergo inspection and quarantine. Passengers should accurately fill the Quarantine Declaration Form on Entry, and those coming from areas infected by Yellow Fever must present a valid vaccination certificate to the inspection and quarantine authorities.
Immigration Checks Passengers should be holding valid passports, visas and Entry Registration Cards.
Baggage reclaim The baggage reclaim hall is on Floor 1 and passengers could find their baggage reclaim unit by checking the flight number showing on the display of luggage reclaim unit. Please consult by the luggage inquiry counter if there are any questions.
Customs
Inspection and Quarantine Passengers with ifems to declare shouldtake the Red Channel and those without items to declare should take the Green Channe Please strictly abide by rules in Notice on Inspection and Quarantine for Entry into China.
Transfer processes Passengers should go to the International to Domestic baggage Redelivery Counter for baggage related transfer processes.
Prying airport construction fee The counters for paying airport construction fee are on Floor2. The fee is RMB50 per person for regular passengers and RMB10 for passengers of lateral flights. Children not older than 12 with half-fare tickets can be exempted for the payment. Passengers could decide on their own wishes whether to purchase air insurance or not to.
Passengers should have their boarding cards, flight tickets, valid personal identifications and vouchers of airport construction fee ready at security checks. Please go to the corresponding boarding gate to wait for the flight and pay attention to information on the flight information display and on the public addressing.
