Prof. Patrizio Bianchi, Governor Huang Huahua's advisor and President of the University of Ferrara, shares his studies on new industrial policies in Sun Yat-Sen University this morning. (Nov. 18).
Prof. Bianchi's lecture is themed "industrial policy and intangible economy" and focused on the new industrial policies observed in various countries with the growing stresses of intangible assets in economies.
Prof. Bianchi said globalization was a number of changes that greatly influenced the economies and induced the further opening up of the markets. These changes, such as accelerated increase in multi-level communications, let the financial markets more ideal, differentiated the new production systems, and the halt of political world into two extremities and the emerge of new countries, have increased the weight of intangible assets in economies.
Moreover, Prof. Bianchi pointed out three basic patterns of the new industrial policies and demonstrated cases to explain the make-up of production systems and the development of collective intangible assets.
