Guangdong governor Huang Huahua stressed that Guangdong will work to integrate PPRD cooperation with the nation's strategy to develop west and central China.
The east regions are rich with advanced technology, management, personnel and capital, which shares complementary advantages with the abundant resources, lands, laborers and market in the west and central China.
