The third Pan-Pearl River Delta (PPRD) Regional Economic and Trade Cooperation Fair is being held in Kunming International Convention and Exhibition Center today (June 6) to June 10, along with China Kunming Import and Export Commodities Fair.

The PPRD Fair has 828 booths and attracts over 30,000 delegates and merchants including those from ASEAN countries. The organizers launched an information exchange website for the Fair in late April; so far 1,620 business project proposals are posted on the website with a total investment value of 660 billion yuan.

By June 4, all the trade delegations from the Pan-Pearl River Delta regions had arrived in Kunming. The Guangdong delegation is second biggest, with 1,500 delegates, next only to the host Yunnan province.
